Operating partners for fiber ISPs.
We fix sales, marketing, and retention inside the network, as advisors and, where it fits, as partners.
What we fix
Networks get built fast. The companies around them take longer.
Construction is a known discipline with known vendors. Turning a lit network into a growing subscriber business is not. Ronin works on the company side of a fiber build, in the three operations that decide whether the network ever earns what it cost.
Sales
Residential, MDU, commercial, and wholesale, run as one plan with the leadership, process, and tooling to hold after launch. See the channels.
Marketing
Demand timed to construction and release, measured on what it costs to win a customer, and aligned with what the sales team can actually close.
Retention and care
Churn, promo rolloff, first-bill shock, and truck rolls. The subscribers you win should stay, upgrade, and refer.
Sales channels
Four ways revenue reaches the network.
Each channel has its own cost, cycle, and buyer. Most operators are strong in one or two and leave the rest unbuilt. We help stand up the ones that are missing and tie all four to one plan.
Residential sales
Door to door, outbound, and inbound run as one motion, with field cadence on released streets and web and phone orders that do not leak.
MDU
Apartments, condos, and HOAs. Property agreements, bulk and marketing rights, and move-in programs that keep units lit as tenants turn over.
Commercial
B2B and enterprise together. Businesses along the route sold with the homes, and dedicated internet, dark fiber, and managed services for larger accounts, schools, hospitals, and government.
Wholesale and carrier
Backhaul, transport, and tower connections sold to carriers and other providers. Long contracts that put revenue on the network before homes connect.
Network acquisitions
Buying a subscriber base instead of building one.
An acquired network comes with customers, contracts, and habits you did not create. The price is set on the day the deal closes. The value is set in the twelve months after, by how many of those customers stay and how many of the unbuilt channels get built.
Commercial diligence
Who the customers are, what they pay, which promos are about to roll off, where churn is hiding, and what the sales and care teams actually do each day.
Transition
Billing migration, rebrand, and the retention plan that runs before the first new invoice lands. The customers you paid for should still be there at the end of the quarter.
Growth
Upsell the base, open the channels the seller never built, and bring the acquired market onto the same plan as the rest of the company.
How we engage
Three ways to work with Ronin.
Ronin is a holding company. Some of the work is done directly, some through businesses the group owns or has built with partners. Every engagement starts the same way and grows only as far as the results justify.
Inside your company
A fixed-scope review of sales, marketing, and retention, followed by hands-on work alongside your leaders until the change holds without us. Paid as a fee.
A business built with you
When an operator has a market and a plan that needs a partner, Ronin brings strategy, operating leadership, and shared ownership of the venture that fills the network.
Companies we hold
Operating businesses that serve the fiber industry, owned by the group and run with the same discipline we bring to clients. Growth is measured in subscribers and revenue, not meetings.
Tell us about the network.
Where it is, how many homes and businesses it passes, and what has stalled. You will hear back from a person, not a form.
